Inquiries and appointments

We use your submitted name, company, contact details, business goals and optional project information to respond and manage the conversation. Inquiries are saved in our Reception system, hosted with Vercel and Neon. Access is limited to authorized staff. Scheduling opens Google Calendar, which processes the details you provide under its own privacy practices.

Website measurement

We count visits to known public pages, demo and booking clicks, inquiry starts, calculator use, and successfully saved inquiries. We store campaign labels and the referring website domain, but do not send form contents, calculator values, full referrer URLs, or URL query strings as browsing events. Campaign attribution stays in this browser tab’s session storage until it closes. We do not set analytics cookies, create persistent visitor identifiers, or use advertising pixels. Browser events respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Saved inquiries remain business records even when browser measurement is disabled.

Event records are removed after 90 days by scheduled maintenance. Inquiry and customer records are kept as needed for the requested service, security, billing and applicable obligations; deletion requests are handled individually. Hosting and security services may process IP addresses and request logs. Rate limiting uses hashed source addresses. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

Contact support@smileynichols.com to ask about access, correction or deletion. Send only what is needed to identify the record, never passwords or payment credentials.
